By accessing or using Radkaat — including our website, mobile app, products, and curated Himalayan experiences — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, riders, and participants engaging with our platform or attending our events. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking.

Eligibility

• You must be 16 years or older to make a purchase or register for a Radkaat experience independently.
• Participants under 16 may join selected programmes with a parent or legal guardian's written consent.
• By using our services you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
• Radkaat reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them with third parties.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and booking.
• Ensure you are physically fit and adequately prepared for any adventure experience you register for.
• Respect fellow riders, local communities, and the natural environment on all Radkaat trails and sojourns.
• Comply with all safety briefings, guide instructions, and applicable local regulations during events.

What Is Not Allowed

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation on our platform or during Radkaat events.
• Abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour towards staff, guides, or fellow community members.
• Unauthorised access to, scraping of, or interference with any part of our platform or systems.
• Reselling or transferring event registrations, ride slots, or product orders without prior written consent.
• Using Radkaat branding, imagery, or content for commercial purposes without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that endangers the safety of participants, guides, or local communities.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Adventure sports and Himalayan expeditions carry inherent risks. Radkaat takes every reasonable precaution — certified guides, quality equipment, pre-event safety briefings — but participation is at your own risk.

• Radkaat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from natural events, weather conditions, or force majeure beyond our control.
• Product warranties are limited to manufacturing defects as specified at the point of sale.
• Radkaat's maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or experience in question.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.

Dispute Resolution

• We encourage you to contact our support team first — most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.
• Consumer disputes may also be raised through the appropriate national consumer redressal forum as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Updates to These Terms

Radkaat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
