What We Collect & Why
We collect only the minimum personal information needed to run your account, fulfil your orders, and keep you informed. We will never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Collected at registration. Used to personalise your account, address you correctly in order confirmations and support communications, and as part of your shipping label when you place an order.
Collected at registration. Used to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and essential account notices. We do not send marketing email without your explicit opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Collected at registration and used as your primary login method via OTP. Your number may also be shared with our logistics partner solely for delivery coordination — it is never used for unsolicited outreach.
Collected during checkout when you place a product order. Used exclusively to ship your items and generate the shipping manifest. You can save multiple addresses to your account for convenience; saved addresses are deleted when you close your account.
Sensitive data — such as financial details or government ID — is never collected directly by Radkaat. All payment information is handled exclusively by our certified payment partners.
How Payments Are Handled
All transactions on Radkaat are processed through certified, PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, and net banking credentials are entered directly into the payment provider's secure environment — they never pass through Radkaat's servers and we never store them.
Only the order reference ID returned by the gateway, the payment status (success / failed / pending), and the transaction amount. This is the minimum needed to confirm your order and handle any refund requests.
Card numbers, expiry dates, CVV codes, UPI PINs, net banking passwords, or any raw payment credential. These exist only within the gateway's encrypted vault and are never transmitted to our backend.
Refunds are initiated by Radkaat through the gateway API using only the order reference ID. The refunded amount is returned to the original payment method; timelines depend on your bank (typically 5–7 business days).
